as well as the last three orders.
- An additional search option "Personal Lookup"
within the history facilitates access to previous orders.

2. Additional ordering masks for patent documents and other literature
- Orders placed via the new "Patents" ordering mask are automatically
processed for EP, DE, WO and US and delivered within a few minutes. All
other patent documents can be ordered as before, via the "Manual Order"
option.
- Documents ordered via the new ordering mask "Others" (conference
papers, grey literature, articles from books, books) can be procured by
our full-text service on your behalf.
ad 3. Links to eJournals no longer generated (except
for FIZ AutoDoc PREMIUM customers)
- Within FIZ AutoDoc PREMIUM package the
list of subscribed eJournals can be uploaded. This is the only way of creating
appropriate links to the respective eJournal articles. Therefore, users
of the STANDARD and PLUS versions of FIZ AutoDoc can no longer create eJournal
links!
ad 4. Purchase of original document via Download directly
from the publisher (pay-per-view)
- A new pay-per-view option for articles from selected publishers is available
for all customers. If the ordered document is electronically available on
the server of one of the partnering publishing houses for immediate download,
the corresponding link is generated. This link might be used to to access
and purchase the original document directly from the publisher. The cost
for the fulltext document will still be added to your monthly invoice.
- This future-proof delivery option will be continuously enhanced.

- The FIZ AutoDoc order numbers, e.g. FIZ-DD-123.456, will be given a new
format, e.g. FIZ-K-2012345.
- Please keep this in mind when using this number for further processing.
zu 6. Switch-over of customer administration and billing
system to SAP R/3
- Therefore, all customer data have been transferred into SAP R/3. The
distinction between end users, super users and administrators remains unchanged.
- End user data was revised, i.e. the data of end
users who have been inactive for more than 12 months was not automatically
transferred.
- To be properly processed by SAP R/3, the structure of your organization
(including the legal structure) has to be more closely defined. This is
particularly important for the correct calculation of the VAT according
to national and international legislation.
- With the switch-over to SAP R/3 the format of both the invoice and its
attachment listing the orders in detail will change.
- SAP R/3 offers new billing possibilities (separate handling of user/super
user/administrator and invoice recipient; collective invoices etc.) Please
contact us if you are interested in any such
option.
